Cranberry Punch

Ingredients

1 L Cranberry juice
1 L Pineapple juice
750 mL Ginger ale
1 Lime
Mint
Ice

Equipment

Method

  1. Thinly slice lime
  2. Strip mint leaves and slice
  3. Combine cranberry, pineapple, ginger ale, lime and mint in punch bowl
  4. Add ice to keep cool

Notes

Top up punch roughly proportionally as it is drunk

Use about 1/4 bunch mint

Pre freeze sliced mint into ice cubes for a fancy twist and to keep the leaves separate at the start

Can use mineral water for a less sugary punch
