Ingredients

lebanese spice mix |

greek yogurt |

cucumber |
| 1 bunch |
mint leaves |

oil for cooking |
| |
turkish / flat bread or rice to serve |
Method
- stir together lamb mince and spice mix and set aside to marinate 30 minutes to overnight
- seed and dice tomatoes and cucumber, remove mint leaves from stems
- cook lamb in oil until nicely browned
- add tomato, cucumber and mint immediately before serving
- serve with yogurt and bread or rice
