Thai Fish Cakes

Tagsasian entree fish thai

220 g ling fillets
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp red curry paste
1 kaffir lime leaf shredded (or dash of lime juice)
1/2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 egg
10 green beens
1/2 tsp rock salt
vegetable oil for cooking
sweet chili sauce to serve



  1. place ling, fish sauce, curry paste, lime, coriander leaves and egg in wizz and blend to smooth paste
  2. season with salt
  3. finely slice beans and stir through fish mix
  4. heat oil in non stick pan on medium to high heat
  5. fry spoonfuls of mix approximately 3 minutes each side
  6. serve immediately with sweet chili sauce


Also works as a main for two with a green salad and more coriander leaves
