Equipment
Method
- preheat oven to 180C
- melt butter in a saucepan, break chocolate into pieces and melt in butter on low heat
- combine sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and cocoa in a bowl
- pour in butter/chocolate mixture and stir until combined
- line tin with baking paper
- pour in chocolate mixture
- bake approximately 35 minutes or until set
- remove from oven and cool in tin
- lift out and cut into cubes, dust with icing sugar and serve
Notes
use good quality cocoa and eating dark chocolate not cooking chocolate
