Ingredients

canned sliced peaches
3/4 cup raw sugar
1 egg
40 g butter (melted)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla paste
vanilla sugar to dust
custard to serve

Equipment

Method

  1. preheat oven to 180C
  2. grease individual pudding bowls and fill with sliced peaches
  3. combine sugar, beaten egg, melted butter, milk, flour, baking powder and vanilla in a bowl and stir to combine
  4. pour over peaches
  5. bake uncovered about 40 minutes or until a fork comes out clean
  6. dust with vanilla sugar
  7. serve warm with custard

Notes

will keep well covered with glad wrap in the fridge for a few days
