Equipment
Method
- preheat oven to 180C
- grease individual pudding bowls and fill with sliced peaches
- combine sugar, beaten egg, melted butter, milk, flour, baking powder and vanilla in a bowl and stir to combine
- pour over peaches
- bake uncovered about 40 minutes or until a fork comes out clean
- dust with vanilla sugar
- serve warm with custard
Notes
will keep well covered with glad wrap in the fridge for a few days
