Equipment
Method
- preheat oven to 170C
- grease cake tin and line with baking paper
- mash banana and stir in sugar, egg, oil and vanilla
- stir in flour, cinnamon and bi-carb
- bake uncovered 40 minutes and turn onto wire rack to cool
- add vanilla sugar and cinnamon to cream and whip until thick
- ice cake with cream and sprinkle chocolate flakes on top
