Potato Wedges

Ingredients

6 large potatoes
chicken stock powder
paprika
dried chilli flakes
dried oregano
cummin seeds
black pepper
olive oil
sweet chilli sauce to serve
sour cream to serve

Equipment

Method

  1. preheat oven to 180C
  2. peel (optional) potatoes and slice length ways into wedges
  3. put potato into baking dish, drizzle with oil and sprinkle liberally with spices
  4. bake for 1 hour, remove from oven, flip wedges and sprinkle more spices over
  5. bake further 30 minutes, serve immediately with sweet chilli sauce and sour cream for dipping

Notes

For vegetarian wedges leave out the chicken stock and use more paprika
