sweet chilli sauce to serve |

sour cream to serve |
Equipment
Method
- preheat oven to 180C
- peel (optional) potatoes and slice length ways into wedges
- put potato into baking dish, drizzle with oil and sprinkle liberally with spices
- bake for 1 hour, remove from oven, flip wedges and sprinkle more spices over
- bake further 30 minutes, serve immediately with sweet chilli sauce and sour cream for dipping
Notes
For vegetarian wedges leave out the chicken stock and use more paprika
