Pork Fillet with Horseradish and Mustard Compote

pork fillets |

granny smith apples |

chicken stock |
| |
pumpkin or potato for mash to serve |

steamed green veggies to serve |
Equipment
Method
- melt butter in oil in pan
- thinly slice garlic and add to pan
- add horseradish and mustard to pan
- add pork to pan
- grate apples and add to pan
- add stock and simmer, turning pork and stirring so doesn't stick to reduce liquid to compote
- serve pork on bed of mash topped with compote and a side of steamed greens
