Ingredients

2	egg whites
4 cup	pure icing sugar
1/2 tsp	lemon juice

Equipment

• egg beaters or electric mixer or whisk

Method

1. beat eggs until just flufffy
2. gradually add sugar until mixture is very thick - may not need all the sugar
3. stir in lemon juice
4. use immediately to decorate cookies, fruit cake or join ginger spice house together

Notes

don't using icing mixture it doesn't work as well

store in an air tight container - the icing sets very quickly
