Ingredients
| 2 |
egg whites |
| 4 cup |
pure icing sugar |
| 1/2 tsp |
lemon juice |
Equipment
- egg beaters or electric mixer or whisk
Method
- beat eggs until just flufffy
- gradually add sugar until mixture is very thick - may not need all the sugar
- stir in lemon juice
- use immediately to decorate cookies, fruit cake or join ginger spice house together
Notes
don't using icing mixture it doesn't work as well
store in an air tight container - the icing sets very quickly
