Equipment
Method
- coat beef cubes in flour and fry in oil
- chop onion and garlic and add to beef
- chop all vegetables and add to pot
- add stock and stir through
- add tomato paste and stir in
- add enough boiling water to cover all the meat and vegetables
- add rosemary and pepper
- bring to boil stirring to prevent sticking
- simmer about 1 hour, add more boiling water as required so it doesn't dry out
- eat hot with crunchy bread
