Equipment
- heavy based frypan with lid
Method
- cook the pasta in boiling salted water
- dry roast pine nuts in pan then set aside
- thinly slice ham and cook in frypan in butter and oil
- chop spinach and add to ham, cover and cook on medium heat for a few minutes until spinach wilts
- uncover pan and add pine nuts and stir through
- add cream and stir through
- drain pasta and add to pan and stir through
- season with pepper and serve sprinkled with cheese
