2 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup parmisan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp pine nuts
3 garlic cloves

  1. dry roast pine nuts in fry pan - shake frequently to avoid burning
  2. combine all ingredients in food processor and wizz

Notes

keep in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 1 week
