Equipment
Method
- remove stems from mushrooms and rind from bacon
- bbq mushrooms, bacon and fry each egg in a ring
- cut buns in half put bbq sauce on one half and mayo on the other
- just before mushroom is finished cooking cover with cheese to melt cheese onto mushroom
- layer all ingredients on burger bun
- eat
