Ingredients
1 cup |
rolled oats |
1/2 cup |
coconut (heaped) |
1/2 cup |
plain flour (heaped) |
1/2 cup |
sugar (heaped) |
60g g |
butter |
2 tbsp |
golden syrup |
1/2 tsp |
bi-carb soda |
1 tbsp |
boiling water |
Equipment
Method
- preheat oven to 200C
- put rolled oats, coconut, plain flour and sugar in a bowl
- melt butter
- add boiling water and golden syrup to buttter and stir
- tip butter into dry ingredients and stir - should be sticky
- put baking paper on baking tray
- roll cookie dough into balls and place on tray with plenty of space unless you only want one cookie
- bake approximately 12 minutes
- remove from oven and leave to cool on paper
- peel cookies off paper and eat
