Ingredients
2x 425 g |
cans of tuna in brine (large cans) |
5ish |
potatoes - same quantity as tuna |
1 |
brown onion - medium |
1ish cup |
breadcrumbs / seasoned stuffing mix |

butter |

lemon juice |
Equipment
Method
- preheat oven to 180C
- precook and mash potato
- chop onion and saute in oil
- drain tuna and combine in a large bowl with potato and onion
- add lemon juice and stir to cominbe ingredients
- grease oven proof dish
- scoop mixture into dish
- melt butter and add to breadcrumbs with some lemon juice and stir through
- sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top
- bake in oven at 180C for 20-40 minutes until golden
- serve hot
Notes
if you are in a hurry you can microwave this - but it isn't as nice when not crunchy on top

Tuna in spring water is even more healthy.
