Ingredients
| 60 g |
butter |
| 1/2 cup |
brown sugar |
| 2 tbsp |
cream |
| 1 1/2 cup |
icing sugar |
Equipment
Method
- melt butter in saucepan on low heat
- slowly add sugar and stir until it dissolves
- stir in cream
- gradually add icing sugar until it reaches a spreadable consistency
- spread quickly over cooled cake - the icing sets very fast
Notes
this is only enough icing to do the top of the cake - double it to ice the sides as well
