Ingredients

60 g	butter
1/4 cup	castor sugar
1/2 tsp	vanilla essence
1	egg
1/3 cup	milk
1 cup	self raising flour

Equipment

• oven

Method

1. preheat oven to 220C
2. cream butter, sugar and vanilla
3. add egg and mix well
4. sift in half of the flour and mix well
5. add all of the milk and stir
6. sift in remainded of the flour and stir
7. spoon into lined cupcake tray
8. bake 10-15 minutes at 220C
9. cool in tray before removing cakes
