Method
- Crack eggs into saucepan
- Beat the eggs
- Add sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest to the eggs
- Put the saucepan into a pan of boiling water on the stove
- Add butter to the mixture
- Stir continuously until the lemon butter thickens
