Ingredients

butter |

lemon - rind and juice |
1 cup |
milk |
2 tbsp |
plain flour |

eggs |
Equipment
- mixing bowl
- zest grater
- juicer
- pyrex dish
- oven
Method
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add flour, lemon juice and lemon zest
- Add egg yolks, then milk
- Stiffly beat egg whites
- Fold egg whites into mixture
- Pour mixture into pyrex dish, stand in water and bake at 180 for 1 hour
