Chicken and Broccoli Bake
Ingredients

large roast chicken |

broccoli heads |

can of cream of chicken soup |
| 1 |
can of cream of celery soup |
| 1 |
egg |
| 2 tbsp |
mayonnaise |
| 1 tsp |
thyme |
| 30 g |
butter |
| 2/3 cup |
bread crumbs |
| 50 g |
grated cheese |

black pepper |
Equipment
Method
- preheat oven to 180C
- shred chicken
- cut broccoli into little trees then steam, microwave until just cooked
- grease baking dish, then combine chicken and broccoli in dish
- combine chicken soup and celery soup in a bowl, add egg, mayonnaise and thyme, stir until completely combined
- pour soup mix over chicken and broccoli
- melt butter in a separate bowl
- pour breadcrumbs into butter and stir to coat
- add cheese to butter and stir until well mixed
- sprinkle over chicken and broccoli
- grind black pepper over
- bake 30-40 minutes or until golden and crunchy on top
- serve hot
