Butter Cream Icing

Ingredients

160 g butter (softened)
2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp essence (vanilla, lemon, etc)
2 tbsp milk

Equipment

Method

  1. cube butter and beat until light and fluffy
  2. add essence and milk continue beating
  3. gradually add sugar 1 spoon at a time, remove/sift large lumps
  4. add a little more milk to make spreadable if necessary
  5. apply to cake
