Ingredients
160 g |
butter (softened) |
2 cup |
icing sugar |
1 tsp |
essence (vanilla, lemon, etc) |
2 tbsp |
milk |
Equipment
- mix master
- cake to decorate
Method
- cube butter and beat until light and fluffy
- add essence and milk continue beating
- gradually add sugar 1 spoon at a time, remove/sift large lumps
- add a little more milk to make spreadable if necessary
- apply to cake
